This is a fun game but its always crashing which is frustrating.

I really enjoy playing this game! I have had a few issues with it crashing but it comes back pretty quickly and I just love all the characters so much its totally worth it.

Thank you for fixing the bugs.

Im glad I did not write a review when I first began playing the Carebears, because that review would have a lie. I strongly suggest that you do not waste your time beating the levels and if you do decided to play DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON IT. At some point when they update the game to add the new levels, they either messed something up by mistake or on purpose. I had beaten all the levels and was waiting for the new "coming soon" when everything disappeared. All the levels I had passed were gone, game had me starting all the way at number one. All my care packages, diamonds, cupcakes, characters and their clothes just gone. So you can imagine how shocked I was. I have been in contact with Ubisoft Support since the moment this began and the bottom line is, their is nothing they can do about it. They blame "cloud syncing" and that the correct people have been notified. I have several emails that can prove this is their statement. I got a "sorry for the inconvenience" and that is all. Ive asked for them to reimburse the money I have spent on the game, Ive asked that they manually place me back to the level I was, Ive asked for a solution and nothing can be done is their answer. Ive shown them proof that their game is screwed up. You can see the rainbow ladders are their between all the island clusters yet no tile is pink as passed. They are gray. And when I started the game again I passed the first island group and it wont let me play passed that since the rainbow ladder was already there. So its stuck in limbo. So I truly hope this review will help the next person in not wasting their time, effort and money on Carebears.

The game is super fun and addictive when it works. Its frozen half the time and you cant play.

Worked great till level 60 now it wont connect and if it does connect it freezes. Almost had a level finished and it froze and I lost a life :(
